Sometimes the right people show up and say the right things.
I have extremely efficient work habits but writing and audio editing take up a lot of time. I wouldn’t get to sleep, see my family, or have any kind of social life if I actually tried to do all of the things that I want to do. If it were up to me (and it is, so there's really no excuse), I would spend my days doing nothing but writing and podcasting. Unless I get a whole lot more paid subscribers and sell a ton more books, that won’t really be an option for me for a long time.
That’s when people show up with encouragement that generates a little boost of energy to help get things going. Such is the case with the glorious team that you see above, taken after recording a podcast featuring a beautiful wine in a bling tasting. You can listen to this podcast on your favourite podcast player if you search for the Sipster’s Wine Podcast. Or just click here to listen online. I have a lot more podcasts in the pipe at the moment so these will be ready for you to listen on those long road trips to wine country.
Book signing
If you are planning to be in the Okanagan for the long weekend coming up, I will be at the Coles Cherry Lane (2111 Main Street, Penticton) on Friday, May 16th signing Sipster’s Books from 11am to 3pm (or longer). Come visit and explore one of the Sipster books if you haven’t already.
I might even bring my podcast recorder along…
